• Home Visit Appointments

  • All doctors at Don Medical Clinic will provide Home Visit appointments if deemed necessary, please discuss with your doctor , nurse or reception team

• Appointments to discuss NDIS/ Centrelink related issues ( including applying for Disability Support Pension )

  • These appointments may attract a fee so please discuss with your doctor or the team at Reception

• Repeat Scripts and Repeat Referrals - do not always need an appt and can be booked ONLINE
