Keep Well Program - Indigenous Health Checks
For those patients of indigenous descent , Don Medical Clinic's Keep Well Program offers an annual health check that is directly billed to medicare as part of our Indigenous health care policy.
These Annual Health assessments are available from Birth to elderly.
You will spend time with the nurse for assessment then follow up with the GP to discuss outcomes and any further needs.
Having an annual Aboriginal & Torres Strait islander health assessment will allow you concession fees for the following 12 month as part of our Indigenous health care.
It will also give access to up to 10 Practice nurse follow up visits subsidised by Medicare.
